Strategic Sales Manager
The Island Packet has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team as a Strategic Sales Manager. Primary Responsibilities:
● Lead sales team in generating revenue from multi-media platforms.
● Drive new business development on the local level and work with sales reps to develop winning proposals to grow accounts and revenue.
● Reports to VP of Advertising.
● Strong coaching and developing skills to develop sales team members.
● Creativity and enthusiasm are necessary for success.
Key Competencies:
● Supervisor must have customer service skills.
● Must be professional and have great communication skill, both verbally and written.
● Self-starter and the ability to work under pressure and be able to work in a team seeting.
● Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
● Must be able to quickly learn new platforms and software for advertising programs.
Job Requirements:
● College degree in marketing, sales, or business preferred.
● 2+ years of advanced digital marketing leadership and/or devising digital and print solutions.
● Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance a must.
