Job Description: We are seeking qualified candidates with previous billing experience to work as a Billing Analyst/Customer Service Representative in our bill process and customer service center. This individual will be responsible for resolving customer issues, billing setup and payment processing. We have an immediate opening for a full time position during our regular hours of 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate set-up and running of monthly utility billing processes
- Respond to and resolve customer questions, concerns, complaints via phone and email
- Perform accurate processing of resident payments and bank deposits
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- One year billing experience with above average 10 key ability a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Minimum education: high school degree
