IT Resource Coordinator
Job description:
The IT Resource Coordinator works in the Information Technology Unit which is in the Administration Bureau. This position serves the Division of Law Enforcement and Safety (DLES). General responsibilities include: serving as primary contact for desktop support issues, IT liaison for automated key boxes, primary contact for body-worn/dash camera matters, assists IT Manager with development/maintenance of DLES web site, and assists IT Manager with network, server, and other IT matters, and provides on-call support for critical issues (e.g. Communications Center duties/Carolina Alerts) after normal business hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Systems or related field and 3 years experience in computer systems development and modifications; or equivalency.

Salary Range: $44,935 -$75,413
