RESIDENTIAL FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR
Facility administrator is responsible for running the residential facility and providing dedicated administrative service to residents at the facility. As chief administrator, they work closely with all other offices to ensure that operations proceed smoothly and also work with management to maintain proper records and documentation of all transactions.
The Administrator may help develop long-term plans and goals for the facility to improve efficiency and quality throughout the organization. Other responsibilities may include supervising non-management personnel, overseeing facility activities and interacting directly with residents.
The Administrator will help to develop and sustain collaborative working relationships with a wide range of staff. In addition to comprehensive knowledge of organization, state, and federal administration-related policies, they must have leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and close attention to detail to complete work in a timely manner. They are expected to work well independently and without supervision, and basic computer skills and prior experience in the field are highly beneficial.
Must have an administrators license.
