The Minnesota Masonic Home's beautiful campus offers a warm and inviting setting for seniors to call home or a temporary stop on their way to recovery. The campus provides independent living, assisted living, memory care, long term care and the largest Transitional Care Unit in the state. Scheduling is done using block scheduling which provides the employee with a consistent, repeating schedule every two weeks. We also provide some flexibility in schedules if needed for school attendance.
The Nursing Assistant (NAR) assists with providing total personal care to the residents in a safe and efficient manner. Help residents with washing, eating, grooming, ambulating and transferring. Report changes in resident conditions to licensed staff. Must have completed nursing assistant coursework and be current with the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.
