HOUSING PROGRAMS MANAGER

The Lower Savannah Council of Governments, a regional planning and development agency located in Aiken, SC, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Housing Programs Manager.  The Housing Programs Manager is responsible for managing housing related programs within the Planning Community & Economic Development Division.  The Housing Programs Manager will be administratively responsible for staff assigned to the program and will be responsible for coordination and implementation of housing related programs in compliance with the federal, state and/or local funding sources, rules, and regulations.  Housing programs include but not limited to the Lower Savannah Regional Housing Consortium (LSRHC), a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), HOME Investment Partnership program.

Candidate must have experience with housing related programs or projects, be detail oriented, have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software. Master’s Degree in Public Administration or Business Administration and three years of work experience preferred.   For more information visit www.lscog.org
