EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Lower Savannah Council of Governments, a regional planning and development agency located in Aiken, SC, is seeking qualified applicants for the role of Executive Administrative Assistant. The primary duties of the Executive Administrative Assistant are to assist senior management and administrative staff in various task relevant to the daily operations and management of the Council of Governments (COG) by providing general office and financial management and administrative support. Duties include payroll and benefits administration, office management as well as serve as contact, coordinator, and transcriber of meetings for the LSCOG Board of Directors, Executive Director and/or Assistant Executive Director.
Must be well organized and detail oriented, have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software. Be familiar with taking meeting minutes, website maintenance and posting to social media.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Office Management with at least five-years work experience including at least two in management or leadership related experience preferred. For more information visit https://www.lscog.org/employment-opportunities.
