RN Supervisor

Full-time position is available for 3pm – 11pm shift. The successful candidate must have a strong clinical background. Qualifications: Licensed South Carolina Registered Nurse with long-term care experience.

RN and LPN

Full-time positions are available for 3pm – 11pm and 11pm – 7am shifts and part-time positions are available for all shifts. Qualifications: Licensed South Carolina Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with long-term care experience.

RN Supervisor (weekends)

Part-time positions are available for the weekend 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am shifts. The successful candidate must have a strong clinical background. Qualifications: Licensed South Carolina Registered Nurse with long-term care experience.

CNA

Full-time positions are available for 3pm – 11pm and 11pm – 7am shifts and Part-time positions are available for all shifts. Qualifications: South Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant with long-term care experience.

Nutritionist

Full-time position is available in the Nutritional office. Successful candidate must review nutrition needs of individual residents as required. Assist the Discharge Planning Coordinator in planning the nutrition services portion of the resident’s discharge plan as needed. Qualifications: Must possess, as a minimum, a Certified Dietary Manager certificate of accomplishment, high school diploma, and a minimum 3-years experience or possess as Associates Degree in Nutrition / Food Service Systems.

Registered Dietitian

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available for Monday – Friday; Responsibilities include providing nutritional care to geriatric residents via nutritional assessments, participating in completion of MDS, care plan meetings, education & quality assurance activities, consultations with residents/ family/medical personnel, diet reviews and prescribing nutrition therapy. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics/Nutrition from an accredited program and be a Registered Dietitian with AND. (Registration eligible candidates may be considered).

PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP

PRN positions are available in the Rehab department. Qualifications: Current South Carolina License required.

OTR

Full-Time positions are available in the Rehab department. Qualifications: Current South Carolina License required.

Admissions Director

A full-time position is available Monday through Friday. The primary purpose of the position is to assure all residents are admitted in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures of Lexington Medical Center Extended Care, and as directed by your supervisor. Also, you will manage the day to day operations of the Admissions Department. Qualifications: Must have B.S. degree in Nursing, Human Services or related field, andthree plus (3+) years in admissions/ with clinical focus (Licensed Nurse) and Marketing experience.
