Senior Project Controls Specialist (Clovis, CA)

Coordinate with Project Managers & develop project schedule & cash flow/forecast plans with functional department input. Prepare project performance analysis, cost/schedule status reports. Work with Contractors & sourcing to issue CWAs to contractors. Develop, maintain & update project schedules in MS project 2007, update Project Workspaces. Monitor & update project budgets. Work with program sponsors to develop Project Authorization Business Cases. Working on Cost controls/Cost Analysis/Cost Reporting, Scheduling. Preparing schedules in Primavera 6. Working on cost analysis & analyzing the cost variances for different orders. Participating in the project/order closing process, following the pre-established project controls guidelines for project closeout. Entering the job estimates in the system. Travel/ relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
