The Indigo Run Security Department is seeking a qualified candidate who represents the finest character, is highly motivated and capable of providing exceptional customer service.
The Security assistant's function is to support the IRCOA Security team in a variety of administrative and communication practices. Greeting people appropriately and answering the telephone correctly are necessary skills. The successful candidate must be able to support various office activities involving the use of a computer, such as updating spreadsheets and databases, selling passes and decals and other duties that may be assigned.
The administrative assistant must possess the ability and knowledge to use computer systems, telephone systems, and other office equipment as needed to provide support. Knowledge of MS Office is required. The employee must also have experience in public contact and be friendly and able to communicate in a positive way.
Working with minimum supervision is critical and multitasking is a necessary skill.
The assistant must have proficiency in written communications, office procedures, filing systems, and business administration.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency
Must have valid driver's license
Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test
