Desktop and Configuration Management Engineer

Indiana State University seeks a qualified Desktop and Configuration Management Engineer with experience using enterprise class desktop management tools such as Microsoft Intune. Experience solving complex desktop problems as well as proactive customer service / support is highly desirable. Desired candidate should possess a team-oriented attitude as well as being extremely customer focused.

Required Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in experience in desktop and configuration management, including experience with Microsoft product stack and Intune for MDM.
