Civil construction firm seeks motivated, self-directed, organized administrator/office manager to perform AP, AR, payroll, insurance, & job administrative functions.
Must be proficient with QB and Microsoft Suite. Previous experience in bid preparation, bonding, job costing, project administration, scheduling, submittals, ADP payroll processing, and accrual entries for year-end closings preferred.
