Dining Assistant Manager - Ferris State University. Assist in the management of dining service units. Assists in coordinating and supervising the Dining Services activities in residential dining, retail, and/or other assigned units in the planning, purchasing, production, and presentation of food.
Required: High School diploma or GED. Five years of food service experience.
