Infectious Disease Physician and NP, HIV Medical Case Manager, Behavioral Health Counselor, RN, FNP
Family Health Centers, Inc. in Orangeburg, South Carolina is seeking applicants for the following positions:
Infectious Disease Physician
Must possess a medical degree appropriate to the specialty from an accredited medical college or university and successful completion of intern and residency programs. Must possess a State of SC license to practice medicine, a federal DEA license and a State of SC Controlled Substance license. Must meet credentialing and privileging requirements of Family Health Centers. Must be able to obtain hospital privileges.
Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner
A Master’s Degree in nursing is required. Must possess a State of South Carolina Advance Practice Nursing license, a federal DEA license and a state of South Carolina Controlled Substance license. Experience working with infectious diseases. Familiarity with reporting agencies and protocols. Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
HIV Medical Case Manager
A master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university supplemented by five years of experience as a clinical social worker with two years of experience performing case management is required. Must possess a license to practice as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of South Carolina. Must have a valid South Carolina driver’s license.
Behavioral Health Counselor
A master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university supplemented by two years of experience as a clinical social worker with two years of experience performing case management is required. Must possess a license to practice as a LPC, LISW, or LISWCP in the State of South Carolina. Must have a valid South Carolina driver’s license. Substance abuse certification or licensure is a plus.
Family Nurse Practitioner
A master’s degree in nursing is required. Must possess a State of South Carolina Advance Practice Nursing license, a federal DEA license and a State of South Carolina Controlled Substance license. Diabetes Education certification is preferred. Experience with Electronic Medical Records and a current CPR certification is preferred.
Registered Nurse
Completion of an accredited RN Nursing Program, State of South Carolina Nursing license and current CPR certification is required. Experience with Electronic Medical Records and two years of nursing experience in a primary or ambulatory care environment. Diabetes Education certification is preferred.
