Operations Communication Coordinator #0618-0004
Operations Communication Coordinator Seeking a 1st level computer customer service representative to answer requests from school district personnel and vendors. Must have experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software. An extremely strong sense of customer service is necessary along with the ability to multitask and handle a challenging workload.
Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in computer related field and have 1 year of IT experience, OR possess an associate’s degree in computer related field and have 3 years of experience in IT field, OR have HS Diploma and 6 years of IT Experience. Work hours 7:00-3:00PM, $18.09 per hour, plus excellent benefit package.
Provisional Civil Service title- Must take future civil service exam and be reachable on a civil service list for permanent status.
