This position is responsible for assisting in organizing the Casino HR office while remaining in compliance with Tribal-State Compact and established policies and procedures. Duties include answering incoming phones lines and fielding and transferring calls as needed, greets vendors, guests and employeess as they enter the HR office, maintains HR and personnel files, assists divisions within HR on various tasks and assists in resolving issues by acting as liaison between guests/employees and HR. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. |

Requirements |
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Human Resources training courses required. BA or BS in Business or related field preferred.
Experience: Must have three years’ experience as a Human Resources generalist with minimum of one year in an organization of 500+ employees. Three years supervisory experience required. Human Resources experience in a Tribal Class III gaming facility preferred. Must have excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Strong computer skills required. Excellent people skills and proven ability to multitask. |

Requirements |
High School Diploma or GED required. College level courses recommended; Associates degree in Business or related field preferred. Formal computer software training in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio graphics program required. Three years human resources and two years HRIS experience required; Five years experience preferred. Three years executive level administrative support in gaming environment of comparable size preferred. Experience in a tribal organization preferred. Must be Internet savvy. |
