This is a key leadership position serving as administrator of the Office of Clinical Affairs, in direct support of the Associate Dean. With minimal direction from the Associate Dean this position oversees all the clinical ancillary and support services, participates in the development of the office budget, monitors and addresses budget variances, monitors compliance with regulatory and certifying agencies, coordinates medical emergency training, coordinates peer audits, develops and updates policies, addresses patient complaints, and facilitates the development and administration of the faculty clinic schedule. The Administrator assumes these responsibilities across the state as it pertains to Community Service Learning Centers, Ross Hall and hospital-based delivery of services and works collaboratively with the Associate Dean, clinic leaders, operational and IT teams to set performance and quality standards that enhance patient’s and learner’s outcomes and experiences in the clinic setting.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or related business area; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education: A minimum 3 years of supervisory/ personnel Management experience. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration.
