CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT JOB DESCRIPTION
A Call Center Agent handles outbound calls. The representatives of a call center are individuals who answer and/or dial out calls. Must be able to make calls to inteview potential clients, answer questions and provide information regarding our business. Work will include part time nights Monday through Friday and Saturday.
Duties and Responsibilities
Researching required information using available resources.
Handling and resolving any issues.
Providing customers with information needed.
Must verify information.
Make follow up calls as necessary.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data relating to the calls.Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
Must have excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
Ability to work with others in a close manner.
Good computer skills.
Good multi-tasking skills.
