We are a family-owned service company and are looking for a talented individual who will assist with the clerical operations of our business. This is an integral role within our small administrative office - the team consists of five people including the manager and is a full-time position.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of office responsibilities but not limited to: accounts receivables, collections, summary of and deposit of cash receipts, completing sales contracts, submitting payroll and other general office administration duties.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who will update and maintain internal records by hand. It is also imperative that certain reports be completed and sent to home office on a timely basis once a week.
In addition, our Administrative Assistant must enjoy working with people, have effective communication skills when dealing with our customers and other employees.
