Product Owner – Behavior and Motion Planning. Troy, MI. Lead Behavior and Motion Planning feature team for L2+ autonomous driving electrical control system/software development. Own software issue management projects and ensure software implementation. Lead software and algorithm development, create/update software architecture, and assign software requirements to teams. Provide guidance for ASPICE processes including software requirements analyses, architecture design, detailed design and unit construction, and unit verification. Guide team in SW Agile development process and methodology. Review software/algorithm vehicle control simulation and vehicle level test results. Requires Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering and two years of experience in software system design and release, software project management (design, specification, testing and validation), software development (V-model, ASPICE, ISO26262), issue investigation and root cause analysis, CAN, LIN, MOST, C#, and HIL testing.
