Responsibilities
The CEO reports to the board of directors and is responsible for all administrative duties of the agency and setting the strategic direction of the agency. This person oversees the programmatic and operational direction of the agency through personal action and leadership and through the supervision of all staff. The CEO ensures the organization remains licensed by SCDHEC and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. The CEO is also responsible for assuring all contracts of the agency are adhered to and the DAODAS Block Grant Deliverables are met. Must also perform counseling duties as needed.
Requirements
Requires knowledge of the 301 system. Five years of managerial experience in the behavioral health field. Requires a Master’s degree in counseling and licensed as an LPC, MSW and be credentialed by SCAADAC.
