We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team of dedicated employees on our campus in Centerville, OH. The Administrator will ensure the mission, culture, and values of our Catholic faith-based senior living ministry are modeled daily in our decisions and actions. We strive to provide quality, comprehensive, and spiritually enriching senior services on our 240-acre campus, which is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States.
The Administrator of our 120-bed Health and Rehabilitation Center directs the day-to-day functions and assures the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times. Excellent communication and relationship skills are necessary to effectively lead an interdisciplinary team while engaging employees, residents and families.
The successful candidate must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field
- A Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Ohio
- At least 5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
