Buford Goff & Associates, Inc., a well-established Columbia engineering firm, is seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist.  This position requires a responsible, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and professional skills, and the ability to multitask.

Job duties include:

  • Answering phones
  • Greet and assist all visitors/clients
  • Word processing (Microsoft Office applications)
  • Organizing files and documents
  • Basic data entry tasks
  • Managing office supplies
  • Other general office duties
  • Coordinating in-office events



  • 2 Year Business or Business-Related Associates Degree
  • Ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • The ability to “self start” and work independently
  • Professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
