Office Services Clerk/Back-up Receptionist to join our Office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of prior experience.
JOB DUTIES
- Serve as relief receptionist to ensure seamless reception coverage.
- Assist with various duties such as photocopying, scanning, trial binders, labels, etc.
- Organize physical files in file cabinets and create indexes for files.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate stock of office supplies;
- Conference room set up and clean up;
- Posting of daily outgoing mail;
- Handle other tasks and special projects as assigned by manager;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide support for miscellaneous requests with a “can do” attitude and philosophy.
- Professional demeanor and maintain a positive team-player mentality.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Desire to grow within the company.
