Department Scheduler
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for our Service Department. The Service
Department Scheduler is a full-time, Monday through Friday, vital position
within our company.
The Scheduler is responsible
for the service technician schedules, on-demand service calls, retaining
maintenance customers’ schedules and prioritizing and coordinating Service Department activities.
Albert Heating & Cooling, Inc. has been serving the Sault Ste. Marie area for over 13 years. We are

The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be
self motivated. Must be flexible, able to multi-task and have the capacity to work calmly in a
fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Required/Preferred:
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Organized
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
- Computer skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years related experience and/or training in an office environment with customer service,
dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and
experience is preferred.
